Sea Lettuce Soup

Ingredients:

1 package fresh 100 gram Sea Lettuce (Ulva Seaweed)
4 cups of chicken soup
2 eggs
Ground black pepper according to taste
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions:

1. Wash the Sea Lettuce well in cool water.
2. Dry the Sea Lettuce and chop.
3. Bring the chicken soup to a boil.
4. Add the Sea Lettuce and stir until tender.
5. Beat the eggs well and add to the pot while stirring for a few seconds and remove from the stove.
6. Add pepper, sesame oil, garnish with chopped scallions and serve.
